I am a self-employed audio describer from the Boston are. I write verbal descriptions of plays, films, and TV shows to make them accessible for folks who are blind or visually impaired (and others, as well). I am a writer/editor, singer, guitar player, actor, disability activist, and sometimes tech consultant for older women who aren't super tech confident. I am a dog fanatic, a square dancer, board game lover, and jigsaw puzzle addict. No really, I have a serious problem with jigsaw puzzles. I can't have them in my home because once I start one, I really cannot stop until it is finished. Sleep be damned! Speaking of which, I am an EXTREMELY SERIOUS NIGHT OWL, and am looking forward to hanging out with other creatures of the night. This is my first time on Boat, my first cruise ever, and I am super stoked about the whole thing. Feel free to chat with me about nearly anything. :-D
